We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator skilled in VTL or CNC machining to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC Lathe and VTL machines, ensuring precision with live tooling equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in reading blueprints and inspecting parts to maintain high-quality standards and tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe and VTL machines

• Perform machine setup, tool offsets, and adjustments

• Operate live tooling equipment efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CNC Lathe or VTL experience

• Proficient in CNC machine setup and operation

• Live tooling experience preferred

• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
