For Jay Machine Shop is seeking a CNC Machining Expert! This full-time opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in CNC milling and manual lathes to create top-notch manufactured components.

As an integral part of For Jay Machine Shop, located minutes from the Windsor/Detroit border, you'll operate various CNC and manual machines to fabricate metal and plastic parts. With an emphasis on quality, you will perform inspections, maintain a tidy work area, and communicate job statuses with your team. Essential to this role is your ability to identify and resolve production malfunctions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines and perform milling and lathing

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the shop

• Carry out precise inspections using gauges and tools

• Document production logs and inspection reports accurately

• Collaborate with staff to enhance workflow continuity

Requirements:

• 2-5 years machining experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manual tools

• Familiarity with G-code programming and Fanuc controls

• Strong attention to detail in the manufacturing process

• Good communication skills for team collaboration
