Mold Maker

SyBridge Technologies is looking for a Mold Maker in Windsor, ON, to build and inspect precision molds while ensuring the highest quality standards. Be part of an innovative manufacturing team dedicated to excellence.

In this position, you will be responsible for all phases of mold building, from assembly to validation. We seek an experienced professional who enjoys solving challenging mold construction issues and working with high tolerances and specifications. Your commitment to quality will be essential in delivering top-notch products to industry-leading customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble injection molds from start to finish

• Carry out thorough inspections and maintain work documentation

• Troubleshoot and validate molds to ensure performance accuracy

• Develop and execute detailed build plans and layouts

• Safely operate cranes for heavy mold handling

Requirements:

• Preferred ten years of experience in mold making

• Red Seal certification considered a plus

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts
