This position reports to the Production Manager and is essential for driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for coaching team supervisors, maintaining high production standards, and implementing effective safety measures. Your experience will be pivotal in managing regulatory compliance and ensuring employee development through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics

• Develop and facilitate departmental training sessions

• Lead special projects within production

• Mentor production supervisors and employees

• Support shift meetings with agenda management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
