This on-call General Labour position within Cleveland-Cliffs involves a diverse array of responsibilities in the stamping facility. Ideal candidates will demonstrate self-motivation and effective teamwork to maintain production standards and support multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sorting, packing, and reworking of manufactured parts
• Provide support to press operators during equipment setup
• Execute quality assurance checks to meet specifications
• Operate grinding and welding hand tools as needed
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Ability to meet performance quotas through repetitive tasks
• Capacity to lift 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Availability for three shift rotations
• Preferably mechanically inclined
