Enhance Vista's production capabilities as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist by optimizing process flows and ensuring machine reliability. Collaborate with teams to implement effective improvements.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting production operations across multiple departments. You will assess equipment and procedures with the goal of maximizing efficiency and implementing changes where necessary. A thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles is key to succeeding in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain equipment to meet capacity demands
• Support new production processes and monitor upgrades
• Audit processes to ensure quality and optimum level
• Partner with various teams to implement best practices
• Develop cost reduction initiatives and corrective actions
Requirements:
• BASc or equivalent in Engineering
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in equipment analysis and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and timeline management skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and logistics
