Our manufacturing facility in Tecumseh, ON is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in HEIDENHEIN controls. Candidates must have 3-7 years of programming experience and a deep understanding of CNC milling processes. You will be responsible for interpreting technical documents, conducting troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance machining efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using HEIDENHEIN
• Analyze blueprints and technical drawings for machining tasks
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines as required
• Perform first-off inspections and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate on continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Diploma in Machining or a related field
• 3-7+ years CNC programming experience
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software like Mastercam
• Proficient with measuring tools such as micrometers
• Good communication and teamwork skills
