As part of Prospiant, the AgTech division of Gibraltar Industries, this role focuses on quality assurance in welding processes. With your expertise in inspecting, mentoring, and collaborating, you will improve production flow and resolve welding issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Stage work for department based on production needs

• Monitor production process to ensure quality compliance

• Mentor new employees on welding techniques and safety

• Identify and reject nonconforming parts or assemblies

• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years in welding or metal fabrication experience

• 3+ years in quality control preferred

• CWB designation preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
