CNC Operator at Mega Mold

As a CNC Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team tasked with producing high-quality components. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in CNC operations and be adept at programming both 3 Axis and 5 Axis machines. Familiarity with various materials and measuring equipment is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, load, and inspect CNC programs accurately

• Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machines

• Execute machining processes for precision components

• Perform inspections to ensure quality standards

• Identify errors, suggest improvements, and maintain safety

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience as a CNC Operator

• Proficiency in Powermill and all aspects of 3D CNC

• Comprehensive knowledge of 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC
