CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
to support our Operations team in cross-functional operational activities. This role is responsible for leading a team of production employees in the Assembly department. This hands-on leadership role ensures production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent high-quality results. The Production Supervisor promotes a positive workplace culture, focuses on continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company, legislative, and Quality standards.

They will also need to demonstrate their ability to perform all aspects while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Assembly team to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
• Monitor daily production schedules and assign work to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all safety procedures and environmental standards are followed, promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with Quality Standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Support and coordinate equipment maintenance, repair, and tooling availability to minimize downtime.
• Maintain strong communication with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to address process or material challenges.
• Train and develop new employees in the safe and effective assembly operations.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and standard work instructions are followed consistently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance overall plant performance.
• Foster respectful employee relations, addressing concerns constructively, problem-solving interpersonal issues, in alignment with plant and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent automotive senior level experience
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required
• Experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment would be an asset
• Experience in assembly operations or related plastic polymers manufacturing is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
