We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Powermill Programmer with a strong background in operating 5-axis machines and creating Powermill programs. Join a team of skilled engineers and technicians focused on innovation and quality. With over five years of experience required, you'll be involved in advanced automation tasks while ensuring adherence to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines
• Create and optimize high-precision Powermill programs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications
• Plan machining sequences and set up tooling systems
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all production tasks
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Powermill Programmer
• 3–5 years on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
• Familiarity with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Experience with Hermle machines preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
