Join Mucci Pac Ltd. as the Production Manager for Repack, based in Kingsville, Ontario. Lead repack operations focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency during the afternoon shift.
This permanent, full-time role requires overseeing the production scheduling, resource allocation, and team development. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute production schedules
• Supervise teams during afternoon repack operations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years in a supervisory production role
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
