Windsor Salt is actively looking for a Package Equipment Operator dedicated to working efficiently in its Belle Plaine production facility.

Your role will involve operating packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety protocols. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments will enhance your contributions to the team's collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor bagging equipment for efficiency

• Collaborate with Forklift Operators to maintain workflow

• Conduct inventory counts of packaging materials

• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety practices

• Manage minor maintenance on production equipment

Requirements:

• Completion of high school required

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Knowledge of safety and quality processes

• Strong team collaboration skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg
