Experienced CNC Operator

Position: Experienced CNC Operator Wanted
Elevate your manufacturing career as an Experienced CNC Operator at Mega Mold in Windsor, Ontario. This permanent full-time role focuses on programming and precision machining of components.

You'll leverage your capabilities in 3D CNC operations and Powermill programming to produce high-quality components that meet strict tolerances. The position requires a minimum of five years experience and the ability to set up machinery and tools efficiently. Collaborating with supervisors, you will also enforce company policies while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and inspect CNC programs for accuracy

• Set up tools and safely load materials

• Execute precision machining of various components

• Conduct inspections and report errors proactively

• Promote a safe and tidy work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of CNC operating experience

• Skilled in Powermill and 3D CNC programming

• Knowledge of both 3 Axis and 5 Axis machinery

• Initiative-taking and flexibility in work

• Must possess personal tools for CNC duties
