Job Title - CNC Lathe Operator

Pay: $25-$33/hour + Shift Premium
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts:
Days | Afternoons | Nights
We are actively seeking an experienced and driven CNC Lathe Operator to join a premier manufacturing facility in Windsor. If you have a passion for precision machining and want to secure a stable, long-term career with growth potential, this is the opportunity for you.
Candidates with strong backgrounds as a CNC Lathe Operator, VTL Operator, or CNC Machinist are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Set up and operate advanced CNC Lathe and VTL machines.
- Perform comprehensive machine setups, tool offsets, and necessary adjustments.
- Operate live tooling equipment efficiently.
- Read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Inspect finished parts meticulously using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Maintain strict tolerances and high-quality standards consistently.
- 2+ years of hands-on CNC Lathe or VTL experience.
- Proven CNC machine setup, operation, and live tooling experience (live tooling preferred).
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
- Prior experience as a CNC Machinist, VTL Operator, or Turning Machinist.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Available for changes to scheduled shifts depending on production requirements.
