This role in our Windsor Mold Tooling facility is crucial for maintaining and optimizing production tools. With a minimum of 3-5 years in Tool and Die Repair, you will be responsible for inspections, repairs, and modifications of tooling equipment. Your investigative skills will help diagnose problems, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair tooling to prevent production issues
• Setup and calibrate tools for production accuracy
• Troubleshoot tool malfunctions efficiently
• Modify or fabricate tools to meet production needs
• Document maintenance activities to comply with standards
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience in Tool and Die Repair
• Familiarity with machining equipment required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Must be available for international travel
