This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over seven years of shop floor experience, preferably in automotive. You will collaborate extensively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to enhance efficiency and assist in new product launches. Your expertise will contribute significantly to productivity and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize manufacturing methods for components
• Design and implement production automation systems
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards
• Provide training and support to production staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing layouts
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
