Enhance safety-critical powertrain components production as a CNC Technician at Pangeo Group in Windsor, Ontario. Operate Mazak machines, troubleshoot, and ensure quality compliance while working in a full-time role.
As a CNC Technician, you will be integral to high-volume automotive manufacturing, with a focus on both Mazak Vertical Machining Centers and CNC lathes. Key responsibilities include programming EIA/ISO G-code, operating and optimizing equipment, and managing tooling processes. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with quality standards and collaborating with production teams to meet productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate Mazak Vertical Machining Centers
• Create and troubleshoot EIA/ISO G-code programs
• Monitor machining processes for stability and controls
• Support tooling management and preventive maintenance
• Participate in quality audits and root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience
• Experience with Mazak machines and CNC turning equipment
• Strong knowledge of programming and tooling setups
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with robotic machine tending systems preferred
