Lead projects that matter as a Production Manager at Amrize’s St-Constant Cement Plant. Oversee safety, finances, and operations while driving excellence and collaboration across teams.
In this pivotal role, you will take direct accountability for the safety and operational performance of the cement production facility. Your experience will be vital in developing budgets, performance plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
• Develop and manage operational performance goals
• Communicate with sales and ensure customer-focused production
• Optimize the supply of raw materials and costs
• Engage with staff to promote diversity and inclusion
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years industrial manufacturing experience
• 5 years in progressive management roles
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
