This direct-hire Welder joins a local manufacturing facility supported by Canadian Executive Search Group. The work involves joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components while meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards. Candidates need GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and multi-pass welding knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manuals
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Operate automated welding equipment when required
- Fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Follow quality control and documentation processes
- Minimum three years of welding experience
- Current welding certification
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
- English ability for instructions, drawings, and safety procedures
- Knowledge of GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and multi-pass welding
Use certified welding techniques, blueprint interpretation, and equipment operation to produce compliant metal components in Windsor manufacturing.
