Location: Kingsville
Grade and pack produce at Mastronardi Produce’s Kingsville Distribution Center during the Monday-to-Saturday overnight shift. Maintain quality and food safety in a refrigerated facility.
This full-time permanent Grader position supports product preparation in a 150,000-square-foot facility operating 24/7. You will grade products, select packing materials, and assist packaging or washing setup as needed. The work requires sanitation, safe chemical handling, and consistent adherence to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Grade and pack products according to customer specifications
- Maintain product quality standards meeting required specifications
- Use proper packing materials for each product
- Assist packaging and washing setup as needed
- Maintain sanitized, organized departments meeting food safety requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Food production experience considered an asset
- Follow directions and support team members
- Flexibility for job demands and hours
- Lift at least 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
