Shape student recruitment through digital strategies as a Communications and Events Specialist at the University of Windsor. This position emphasizes engaging outreach and high-impact events.
As a member of the Enrolment Management team focused on domestic recruitment, you will drive efforts to boost undergraduate enrolment by utilizing creative digital communications and coordinating diverse recruitment events.
Your role will include ensuring high-quality engagement with prospective students while achieving institutional enrolment objectives.
Key Responsibilities Implement effective digital communication strategies for recruitment
Organize recruitment events in-person, virtual, and hybrid
Design compelling digital content and graphics
Manage content delivery through various platforms
Support analytics to enhance recruitment strategies
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar
At least two years of digital communications experience
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content management systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Awareness of SEO and social media engagement techniques
