Responsibilities
Define our ideal talent profile and segments, and create positioning and messaging to support talent recruitment campaigns
Develop content and training materials to enable talent on our platform to successfully fulfill jobs
Plan and execute go-to-market launches for updates to our marketplace in partnership with cross‑functional teams
Own the messaging and positioning for our traditional voice over offering (self‑service and managed services)
Conduct talent interviews and distill learnings into "voice of talent" insights for the business
Recruit talent to join beta programs and manage their participation
What You Bring
1‑2 years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2C or digital marketplace environment
Strong communication skills including writing for multiple audiences, making a business case for marketing programs and product updates, and interacting confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Project management skills to own and execute cross‑functional projects
Experience working with tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana

Hybrid Work Details
We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in‑office day per month on pre‑set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000. A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
