We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking ownership from concept through installation.
What You'll Do- Manage multiple custom fabrication and experiential projects simultaneously.
- Develop budgets, estimates, schedules, and project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, Production, and Vendors.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Solve challenges quickly and keep projects on track.
- Deliver exceptional client service and project outcomes.
- Experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, events, exhibits, or custom fabrication.
- Knowledge of fabrication, millwork, and building materials.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A collaborative, hands‑on approach and commitment to getting the job done right.
