As a Discipleship Pastor, you will be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance the faith journey of church members.
Your role will include mentoring individuals and mobilizing them for service, creating a culture centered on spiritual formation and multiplication of disciples.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective mentorship initiatives
• Equip members for their spiritual growth
• Encourage active service within the congregation
• Foster a church culture of discipleship and formation
• Lead efforts to multiply disciples throughout the community
Requirements:
• Valid ministry credentials with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry and leadership
• Strong, growing faith in Christ with character
• Excellent skills in building healthy relationships
• Passionate about nurturing a culture of discipleship
