Position: Registered Practical Nurse Opportunity

In this role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, assist in patient assessments, and participate in the development of care plans. The Registered Practical Nurse is also involved in mentoring non-registered nursing staff and contributing to quality assurance initiatives. Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety standards is vital in promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, ethical patient care daily

• Assist in assessing and developing patient care plans

• Mentor and assist non-registered nursing staff

• Engage in quality assurance activities

• Uphold health and safety standards in all practices

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices

• Experience in Complex Medical Care preferred

• Proficient communication skills;
French is an asset

• Current College of Nurses registration required

• Graduate of a recognized Practical Nurse Program
