• Evaluate and review care plans regularly
• Foster collaboration with unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration in your Province/State
• Experience with seniors and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong skills in communication and critical thinking
• Ability to delegate to care staff effectively
• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
