Registered Practical Nurse at Extendicare

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and patient care protocols

• Participate actively in patient assessments and care planning

• Monitor and report on resident vital signs and conditions

• Execute and implement doctors' orders effectively

• Foster positive communication with residents and team members

Requirements:

• Valid RPN certification from approved provincial institutions

• Registration or eligibility for registration with provincial bodies

• Experience preferred in long-term care settings

• Knowledge of nursing practices and infection control
