Requirements:

• Valid Care Team Assistant or Continuing Care Assistant certificate

• Current immunizations and negative TB test proof

• Current BCLS-HCP certification

• N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate

• Willing to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
