Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor nursing protocols on the unit

• Communicate any significant changes in resident health

• Liaise with a diverse range of healthcare team members

• Guide Personal Support Workers in daily caregiving tasks

• Ensure comprehensive participation in team reports
Requirements:

• Solid understanding of long-term and rehab care practices

• Current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Familiarity with regulatory healthcare standards
