Registered Practical Nurse - RPN

Overview

Seasons (a certified Great Place to Work®) is looking for a Care Coordinator (RPN) to supervise and provide high‑standard care services. This role maintains a safe environment for residents, families and staff while mentoring Resident Guest Attendants.

• Effectively utilize the nursing process to provide high quality nursing care.
• Perform supervisory duties, ensuring excellent care and mentoring the care team.
• Conduct resident assessments, manage transitions, and perform 6‑month re‑assessments per RHRA regulations.
• Establish priorities based on individual resident needs.
• Develop person‑centered service plans.
• Ensure compliance with Resident Assessments/Service Plans (PCC) and community policies.
• Manage risk through monthly care‑related audits.
• Administer medications (PCC knowledge a plus).

• Current Registered Practical Nurse licence in good standing with the CNO.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.
• Experience with seniors in retirement or long‑term care (considered an asset).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Point‑Click‑Care (PCC) knowledge is an asset.

Line 1 – Days 7 AM–3 PM;
Afternoons 3 PM–11 PM, 60 hours bi‑weekly.
