Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care and medication management

• Conduct clinical assessments and organize lab result reviews

• Support and mentor Personal Support Workers

• Document care in electronic health records

• Address resident and family concerns professionally
Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Preferred minimum of six months nursing experience

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification needed

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
