Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse Position

In this role, you will work 30 hours biweekly, helping provide high-quality care under the direction of the Assistant Director of Care. Your key focus will be on nursing assessments, care planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs, enhancing their quality of life and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents

• Complete nursing assessments and adjust care plans

• Communicate resident status updates effectively

• Contribute to documentation processes and care planning

• Implement medication orders and monitor errors
Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication skills with care teams

• Knowledge of inter

• Commitment to person-centered care principles
