Directly support patients at The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County as a temporary part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
Your role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centric care in hospice settings.
As the RPN, you will collaborate effectively with a diverse team to enhance comfort for patients during their final stages. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments for customized care delivery

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Recent Police Record Check necessary
