This role requires a graduate from a recognized college or school of nursing and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. The successful candidate will have strong patient care skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in clinical practice. You'll be working independently while collaborating with RNs and other care providers in various shifts to meet holistic needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care in line with nursing standards
• Administer medications and IV therapy
• Monitor patient health and manage wounds
• Educate patients and families on health practices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
Requirements:
• Diploma in nursing or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Nurses
• Current BCLS certification
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work all shifts
