Position: Casual Registered Nurse for Resident Care

In this role, you will report to the Assistant Director of Care while leading the delivery of nursing services. As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include overseeing care planning, completing assessments, and coordinating with interdisciplinary team members. Your commitment to excellence will directly enhance the quality of life for residents by ensuring their dignity and choices are respected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans

• Ensure timely communication with physicians and families

• Administer medications according to guidelines

• Support care program delivery and documentation

• Supervise and mentor support staff for effective care

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Commitment to resident-centered care and CNO standards

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Willingness to complete TB testing and background checks
