Responsibilities- Provide patient‑oriented nursing care according to provincial standards

- Mentor and guide unregulated care providers on best practices
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and assessments
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
- Robust organizational and critical‑thinking abilities
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
