Reporting to the Assistant Director of Care, you will apply your nursing expertise to support high-quality, person-centered care.

Your role includes assessing residents, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with CNO standards and regulations. Your passion for making connections will enhance the care experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update individualized care plans based on assessments

• Collaborate with medical professionals for timely interventions

• Process physician orders and manage medication safely

• Ensure effective documentation and confidentiality

• Lead support staff for optimal care delivery

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario

• Understanding of nursing standards and accountability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Willingness to undergo TB testing and background checks
