• Guide and mentor unregulated care providers

• Ensure clinical care assessments are thorough and up-to-date

• Communicate effectively with families and teams

Requirements:

• Current RPN registration in the applicable province

• Strong clinical background and understanding of seniors' needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven organizational and time management skills

• Up-to-date Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
