Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, this role requires a Nurse Practitioner (RN EC) to deliver comprehensive care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, enhancing patient outcomes and expanding nursing knowledge. Your commitment to professional development drives ongoing education and clinical leadership within the Cardiology units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect patient care services
• Lead educational programs for staff and community professionals
• Consult on patient/family issues for enhanced care
• Involve in research to advance nursing practice
• Actively participate on internal and external committees
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in Extended Class (RN, EC) certification
• Experience in Level 3 Intensive Care and Cardiology settings
• Current Basic Rescuer(C) and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible availability to meet care needs
