Position: Per Diem RN for Medical-Surgical Unit
Support patient healing as a Per Diem Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical Unit. Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and facilitate discharge processes to enhance patient outcomes.

This position emphasizes the essential nature of assessment and treatment planning for hospitalized patients. You will work closely within an acute care setting, impacting recovery through effective discharge strategies and care coordination. While clinical experience in Med-Surg is preferred, candidates willing to learn will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage care for acute patients

• Execute thorough assessments and interventions

• Develop individualized care and discharge plans

• Work collaboratively with the care team

• Uphold patient safety and comfort standards

Requirements:

• RN license in the State of Vermont

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Experience in Med-Surg preferred but not required

• Willingness to undergo training

• Strong assessment and communication skills
