Adherence to the Home’s policies and CNO standards is crucial in your day-to-day duties, including medication administration and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care aligned with residents' rights

• Complete assessments and develop adjust care plans

• Document resident care and communication meticulously

• Promote infection prevention and safety measures

• Collaborate with the nursing staff and caregivers effectively

Requirements:

• Active registration as an RPN with CNO

• CPR/BLS certification required

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Willingness to participate in ongoing education

• Provide evidence of required vaccinations
