At Bayshore Health Care, we are in search of Registered Nurses with NSWOC certification who are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. Flexible scheduling includes standard hours, with occasional shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage individualized wound care plans
• Provide nursing assessments and patient education
• Facilitate efficient communication using mobile technology
• Conduct in-home visits and virtual consultations
• Ensure compliance with care protocols and best practices
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Current CPR certification mandatory
• Successful criminal background check required
