As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. Your responsibilities will include maintaining current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and applying your CPR skills daily. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication and update care plans

• Administer medications accurately and safely

• Follow service plans as per nursing standards

• Report changes in residents' health to nursing staff

• Advocate for residents' needs and support new admissions

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Active CPR certification at Heart Save Level

• Proven ability to manage stress effectively

• Understanding of Long-Term Care regulations

• Excellent communication and computer skills
