What You'll Do

Supervise and lead daily nursing activities within the facility

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team to maintain care standards

Support and guide CNAs and other nursing staff

Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

Staffing ratio: 1:13, allowing for strong patient focus and quality care

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Current, active, and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

A passion for caring for veterans and making a difference
