Compassionate RPN End-of- Hospice — PT
The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a temporary part-time position at Windsor Residence. The RPN will provide direct, patient-centered end-of-life care, assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for residents and families.
We offer hourly pay in the CA $30.99–CA $35.81 range, HOOPP pension, education endowment, and flexible scheduling.
