Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated nursing care to patients at Hospice

• Maintain thorough patient documentation

Requirements:
• Current RPN certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of one year in a hospice setting
• Must complete LEAP Certificate within 6 months
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts overnight
