Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare in Windsor, Ontario seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to provide safe, ethical nursing care within the addiction services team. You will assess and oversee patient care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless flow from admission to transition into community programs.
Current RN registration in Ontario and CPR certification are required;
Mental Health Nursing certification is preferred.
