Make a difference in Leamington and Kingsville as a part time RPN with Para Med. This community nursing role offers independence and autonomy while caring for patients in their homes.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for community visits in Leamington, Kingsville, and surrounding areas. In this part-time position, you will work with patients of all ages, delivering safe and ethical care. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans and engaging with patients through a collaborative approach to ensure their comfort and well-being at home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits for patient care
• Provide safe and ethical nursing interventions
• Assess patients using appropriate tools and techniques
• Monitor and adjust care plans as necessary
• Build rapport with patients to enhance engagement
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration as an RPN in good standing
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Community care experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to patient homes
• Flexibility with on-call duties as required
