We seek a compassionate RPN to join our community nursing team. With scheduled visits across Leamington, Kingsville, and surrounding areas, you'll care for diverse patients needing various levels of support.
Your role is key in ensuring patients remain comfortable at home as you collaborate with RNs for complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits for patient assessments
• Provide safe, ethical nursing care within your scope
• Monitor and adjust individualized care plans
• Build rapport with patients through a collaborative approach
• Maintain accurate, professional patient records
Requirements:
• Active CNO registration as an RPN in good standing
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
• Experience in community care preferred
• Flexibility and reliability for patient travel
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations
